Custom Assisted Formatting Orders
If you have ordered custom biodata typing, translation, or assisted formatting from our team, you may request a cancellation within 2 hours of payment or before our designers begin tailoring your document. Once our design team commences work on your profile, cancellation is no longer possible.

Refunds cannot be granted under the following circumstances:

- Change of Mind: Deciding you no longer need the biodata or preferring a different color scheme after the file has already been generated and downloaded.
- Matrimonial Outcomes: zomb.in is purely a design and document generation tool. We do not guarantee matrimonial proposals, responses from prospective families, or marriage matchmaking results.
- Delay Caused by Incomplete User Input: If you did not supply the necessary bio details or photographs required to complete an assisted order.

Indian marriage biodatas require precise cultural and familial details. If you notice a typo in your Gotra, Nakshatra, educational degree, or family contact number after generating your biodata, you do NOT need to pay again.
